printing signs lettering shops in malvern/hot springs area?

I am looking for any members on here that may work for or own a local shop here in malvern or hot springs area that can do banners, signs, vehicle lettering, print shop/copies, t-shirts.

I prefer local businesses, but if the owners are not very friendly or trying to charge outrageuos prices I do not fear the good ole internet. But I would like to try local first.
