It's just Harlan, he probably took a bad swim and was walking through the woods to find his truck.

If "Bigfoot" was wearing a helmet representing the best rapid on richland creek (Lower Screw Up) then I believe Adam is right! I think it's cool that Harlan loves that rapid as much as I do. I'm just glad that sticker doesn't represent that crappy Tiger organization down South!
