New Arklatex Chapter President

The Letter is to inform the ACC that Joe Goodwin was nominated and voted in as the new President of the Arklatex Chapter (effective 6/2/2010).  He has been an avid paddler and an active member of the ACC for many years.  Joe will be a great leader for our chapter as well as an asset to the ACC Board.
I would like to thank the ACC for allow us to form a chapter. It truly is a vehicle that allows us to promote a sport in which we are very passionate. I would also like to thank the members of the Arklatex Chapter for allowing me to serve as your President. It has been fun and we are in good hands with Joe Goodwin!

Harlan, has it been a year already? Wow! Time flies when your having fun. Good job as prez! good work on getting that chapter started. SYOTR! :beer:
