They are legal. They were grandfathered in.

these maybe aren't as cool as an eagle catching 2 trout as the same time, but nonetheless, these are some pretty good wildlife pics too...

I'm working in Nebraska for the game and parks service. I got to see these birds before anyone else. I didn't make the video, so sorry about the music. I thought that since there were some other bird brains on here, it would be a nice thing to share. These are a family group of whooping cranes (white), they are an endangered species.
