Aire Customer Service Rocks

Post by Deuce » Thu Mar 22, 2012 12:16 pm

A couple years back I bought an Aire Landing pad. I just couldn't bring myself to spring for a Paco, and it seemed like a reasonable alternative. I've been very happy with it, but lately I'd noticed some pretty significant wear on the corner by the valve. I didn't want it to get worse, so I contacted Aire for advice and they recommended I send it to them. I just got a call from a service rep who told me they had come out with a new version with tougher corners. He said if I'd pony up the ten bucks for the price difference he'd cover the shipping. My new and improved landing pad is on its way. Just thought I'd let everyone how well they took care of me.
You come too.

Aire customer service is first class
and
their products are first class and made in America except for the el cheapo brand made in China
Bottom line always go with Aire made in Boise ID rafts.
