We purchased this canoe new from the factory in Tennessee forty years ago and have enjoyed running rivers in the west and two in the far north. My best guess as to how often it has been out would be two or three trips in the first years and only once or twice a year since 2000. It has been in our garage unused for the last 5 years and as we are now too old for paddling we are selling it. The canoe has hardwood gunnels and built in front and rear water tight compartments for flotation and for holding items you might need on the river such as dry clothes, lunches, camera etc. We made and installed the compartments ourselves and they have been so useful. Friends have taken our idea and have added water tight compartments to their canoes.
Included in the purchase price are two life jackets, 3 paddles, a rescue bag and 9 watertight river bags of various sizes.
Our Blue Hole is in good condition although the wooden gunnels need to be sanded and refinished and there are some minor nicks and gouges in the hull that could be repaired if desired. The webbing on the seats is original and is in very good condition.
We live in southern Utah, a two hour drive from Las Vegas.
