Wanted: Dagger Blackwater 10.5 or 11.5
Or a comparable boat. They seem to be tough to find for me I'm sure because they've been discontinued but I'm fairly new to kayaking and They have fantastic reviews. Please email me at Lowsparkwsp@yahoo.com if anyone has one for sale. Thanks and safe travels!

Re: Wanted: Dagger Blackwater 10.5 or 11.5
so one of my buddies owned a blackwater for just under a month and it was a real POS, we took it down the kings for a late summer multi day boozing float and by the time we got back the next day the plastic holding the rigging had broken in3 places and part of the seat assembly had broken. He had just bought the boat brand new and was treating pretty delicately so it's not like he abused it, it was just shoddy. If you're just looking for a nice rec boat and don't wanna break the bank I'd take a look at the perception prodigy. It's built like a brick shithouse and has tons of room for gear.

I don't know where you are located or how much you want to pay, but I would check out this Approach for sale at a great price http://ns13.webmasters.com/*arkansascan ... 450c7b61a5.
If you adjust the outfitting, it can easily handle class II water. I use mine for overnight and fishing trips.

Thanks for the advice! As I said, I'm fairly new to this and it'll be my first boat so any help, advice and/or suggestions are much appreciated.

I don't know where you are located, but I would let you try out my Approach 10 at the NW Chapter pool session Saturday morning.Tin Cup Chalice wrote:bump
