Cossatot Saturday 4/23

Post by Lupe » Wed Apr 20, 2016 7:44 pm

Meeting at the take out below the Visitor Center (at the river, not at the Visitor Center) at 10:30 Saturday am. We'll set shuttle and head up to Ed Banks. Should be a drop dead beautiful day to be on the water!

:D

but you'll never catch me complaining about too much of that southern rain.

Hey, my name is James Henry, and I went on the Cossatot with you all last year. Would it be cool if I came too or is it more of an experts trip?

Come on! 80 degrees on the Tot. Don't pass that up!

On my way, could be 5 minutes late.

Two great days on the Cossatot!

Let's see if I can remember who all came out and on which day. I believe Saturday we had myself, Liz, Mitch, James Henry, Doug Barron, Mike and Sarah Gersch in their DUO!, Colt and Alia, and Jeff and Amber Gannon were along for part of the day, too. We lost a few who stopped at the falls, but added Rodger for the rest of the way to the Visitor's Center. On Sunday we had myself, Liz, Walter, Andy M., Doug Barron, Jason, and Jeffrey Price. Both were drop dead gorgeous days. 80 degrees and sunshine and water in the Tot. Not too shabby. Two great days paddling with friends, new and old.
