October Swiftwater Rescue Practice

Thursday October 5th at 5:30 pm at The Siloam Springs Kayak Park.
Free to everyone that has took a L3 River Safety and Rescue or more advanced SWR courses .
This month we will focus on the most dangerous obstacles on the river. Strainers ! How to avoid & how to deal with strainers is one of the most important skills to perfect in Arkansas. We have all wet weather rivers & creeks here in Arkansas. This means when the rivers come up, there will be wood in the water. So I hope to see everyone that has took a L3 or L4 SWR clinic at this practice. Could be your last time to practice this skill before the real deal.

Our last Thursday evening practice till next spring. SWR practice will move to the first Saturday morning of the month till March or April.
