Ideas for Outfitting Blue Hole OCA for White Water

Post by Pate » Thu Feb 11, 2016 9:28 am

I have 2 Blue Hole OCAs I would like to outfit one of them for running class 3 tandem with the option of running it solo. I have two end air bags and am planing on buying a center bag. Should I go with saddles of just out fit with knee pads? Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

You might consider doing something like this: http://canoetour.org/wp-content/uploads ... 050159.jpg

By not putting a flotation bag in the middle, you can solo it from that point. Use large 3D bags (at least 60") in the bow & stern. :twocents:
