Junior Olympics NOC

I would like the Arkansas Canoe Club to send some kids to this. http://noc.com/events/whitewater-junior-olympics" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think we can afford to sponsor a group and send a chaperone/coach. Of course it doesnt have to be as organized. We could just pay the entry fee but I believe we can do better than that.
scholarship? team? trip?
What do you think?

This is awesome Garth!!!! I qualified in 1996 for the JO , but couldn't go because of the money issue. I could possibly help with coaching if need be
