A friend from VA shared this and I thought it was a good read (especially after taking a little swim on the Lil Mo lol)

Great article. Thanks for sharing. I'd say she seems to be dealing with what a lot of new and intermediate boaters experience. That is, trying to pad ones resume of rivers run, without first having spent many, many hours and days doing hard moves on water with fewer consequences, until it becomes muscle memory. Most of us have certainly been there.
They say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at anything. Gotta make all those hours count. Class 4 and 5 whitewater is for experts. I'm still trying to get my hours in.-M- :twocents: :myday"
