Game and Fish has a paddle trail, been there but it would be easier to go their website and get info. I doubt you will have enough water to get over shoals. More of a wading stream. Somebody else will doubtless chime in here.
I used to fish upstream from the Harmon bridge. Always lots of fish.

Tim,
Thank you. AGFC site is a real help. Now all I need is some rain.

Usually good fishing from Kelly's Slab down to Yellville if the water is past the bridge. Creek disappears into the gravel bed at times.
Can put in at George's Creek by dragging down the creekbed and go the slab. Or go down that road underneath the RR trestle and stop at the large white house on the left. Talk with the folks there. Ten bucks gets you access through their field and a place to park safely for shuttle. Lot easier than the creekbed
Shuttle service on the road to the Snow access. But I use Jeremiah at the Eagle's Nest Lodge located just south of the bridge in Yellville.
