Siloam Springs Kayak Park new name and website

Post by CityofSiloamSprings » Mon Aug 25, 2014 8:48 am

The City will officially be changing the name of the the Whitewater Recreation Park to the SILOAM SPRINGS KAYAK PARK. There is also a new website just for the park and we invite you all to view it and share it with others. We also would very much like to get blog posts from anyone who is interested in writing a short article to be featured on the site.
Also, if you have photos you'd like to share on the site, please contact hhayden@siloamsprings.com

What are you complaining about? You paddle one of them funny looking little canoes what thinks it's a kayak. :poke2:

I think it's payback orchestrated by kayakers for all the years of resentment for being made to be in a Canoe Club. :yahoo:

I just got back from the meeting. It turns out that so many "butt boaters" are going to open boats, that the "sport" of kayaking is dying. To try and keep what's left of the maggots from jumping ship, they named a park after them.-M- :poke2: :canoe:
