Alternative to high priced LA redfishing guides - kayak styl

Wanted to pass along a recent experience I had w/ Rev. Redfish Retreats. Anyone looking for an alternative to high priced guides might find this information beneficial. For $100.00 ($50 if you just want a fishing buddy and have your own gear) he provided an exceptional trip, including kayak (WS ride 135), rod/reels, tackle, etc...all I brought was a cooler for my fish and lunch. He's a Minister by profession and does this on the side. His website seems spiritual in nature but if you just want to fish "you can ignore all the spiritual stuff." Highly recommended.
