This is going to be interesting. If you look at the rain table on USGS it says that one half inch of rain fell in 15 minutes. But if you look at the radar estimates they show that fell in a very narrow band, it was not one half inch over the entire watershed by any means. I will be surprised if It really gets up, and if it does I bet it falls out very quickly.

Well I was wrong. Boz said that it only rained a 1/2" in the upper. I think it rained right into the gauge, and not much anywhere else. I'd like to check the camera to see what it did between 246 and 4.
