Sorry to hear that Ryan. Hope you mend soon. We'll have to start a support group for Paddlers who bust an arm attempting to help others.

Not good news! But on the other hand you could place a hand paddle since I've always hear that a one blader only needs one blade  (ha,ha) Hang in there.

I was hoping to get my arm set today, get a cast, and be on my road to recovery, but I have to go Monday for surgery to get my bone screwed back together. On the plus side, it's a one week recovery rather than 6 to 7.
Sammy, if your reading this, you suck! But I still love ya.

Ryan

Sorry to hear about your arm dude. I'll be praying & hoping for your rapid & pain free healing.

Was looking forward to getting you back out soon for boatball so maybe you could take Victor down a notch or two ... he's starting to get really obnoxious & I thought you just my be the guy to teach him about humility. :hammer:

Cool break Ryan! Looks to me like it might be more than a week though.
See how much extra it will be to screw in a little happy face or something on your bone. It would be cool for when you get an xray next or at the airport...

Feel better buddy.

Yup, looks like a grope type pat down for Ryan on all future flights.

Ryan I to have had to have a screw or two put in my arm. I agree with Dale its more of a recovery than you think. And, the metal tends to hurt when it gets cold
