There's not much on the W. Fork, especially if you put in in West Fork. If you really want to try it, try the Brentwood to W. Fork section. A couple play spots at least.

I am looking at maybe the Winslow->Reststop run, but I can't be there till 5PM. Should be about perfect then.

I'm also new here from the Dallas area.

I heard the middle fork is good, I'm up for anything today within about 45min of fayetteville.

Call me if you want to run something 214-641-3486

Hi, guys. You folks new to the area might want to check out boatball at West Fork, 6pm at Riverfront Park. You could even paddle down to there from wherever upstream. You'll meet some of the best and most fanatical paddlers in the area (myself excluded) and have a great time. If it's needed I can help you shuttle back up. 479 521 6044

Well, it's not even 2PM and the section of the West Fork I'm interested in doing has just about dried up. It's really no good below 6'. There some decent stuff below that, that might hold out for an afternoon run. I would like to see this spectacle called "Boatball", but haven't made it yet. Maybe I can get down there and check it out.

It's kind of a mongrelization of water polo, football, and a feeding frenzy of kayaks.

hey thanks for everything... met up with Cantroll and actually did part of the middle fork. It was already pretty low. Good to get out though. I'm still at work so no boatball..
this weekend would be the earliest I could boat again, and I'm scared that everything will be dried up. But if not... i'm in!
