I'm all for free if it's relatively clean, but don't mind paying. Whatever works out.

I'm still not sure of my work schedule on Tuesday, but if I can come, I prefer Lake Wilson, Lake Elmdale, or the Hickory Creek Day Use Area on Beaver Lake ($4 per car or $30 for an annual pass good at any Corps of Engineers rec area in in the country, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). I went to Hickory Creek last Sunday and the water was gorgeous, relatively speaking.

I'll probably be able to make it. :D

So, who has a car that holds 8 boats and people? :D

I will try and drive out to Lake Wilson tomorrow to take a look at its current condition.

Lake Elmdale gets a little oily when it gets hot. I recommend looking at other locations.

Lake Wilson (not familiar with it) or Lake Fayetteville seem like the best locations so we can make sure Victor gets home to his honey before too late. :D

Definitely NOT Lake Elmdale.

What about White River/Beaver Lake just about 4 miles East of Springdale on 412? I go out there all the time to paddle around and work on flatwater stuff. The only bad thing is there is some boat traffic, but nothing we couldnt stay away from. Also.....its clean.

Are you talking about Blue Springs? I think there's also an access on the west side of the lake just south of 412 but I'm not sure about parking. Is that the spot? I like the Beaver Lake idea just because of the water quality. It's nicer closer to the dam but still not bad, especially in the summertime.

My vote doesn't count since I'm not a regular at boatball but at least with Beaver Lake you could mix up locations on the lake with the annual pass & change up the scenery and drivetime for different folks. Options include Hickory Creek (Lowell), the 412 bridge area (Springdale), Horseshoe Bend/Monte Ne (Rogers--near Eric E's), Prarie Creek (Rogers), or even way north heading toward Eureka.

I go to Beaver often for flatwater practice in the summer.

Blue Spring is what I was talking about this week. I didn't know you have to pay there? I never did? Anyways I down with Hickory, Blue Springs, or Wilson! But if we go to Hickory can I play my Mex Polka Musica!

Somebody else can make the executive decision for Tuesday.

Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make it next week.

Justin has a set of gear, but if he can't make it or you can't get his set I can get the set I have to someone. pm or call me at 479.38one.five99five if you need to get gear from me.

I drove out to Lake Wilson, it would probably work. However, it is about as clean as Lake Wedington.

So what access along the White River/Beaver Lake are free?
