What a nice float today! There were several of several of us in a couple of groups making the trip. It's always so nice to see old friends, and such a delight to have new friends along to visit with too! Thanks to everyone for coming along today.

I think we will float from Remmel Dam down to the WW Park tomorrow. Interested parties meet at the WW Park boat ramp at noon to consolidate stuff and head up to the put-in.

What a nice weather and water day today on the Remmel float! There were seven in our bunch, and there were many other tuber and rafters out there today also having a great time. At the end of the trip today, unfortunately though, there was apparently one young lady that may have flipped in the Ledge...

I'm with you man, I always like a good salad too, but with some savory meaty entrees also We several of us had a very nice afternoon float on the Ouachita, did you and Thia also float after lunch?

Just get off at the Caddo Valley Exit and go to' River Rats Outfitters', I recommend parking there, and for a nominal fee, they will take you up to the Lower Dam Use Area Ramp to put-in. Go slowly and enjoy, but I don't care to paddle/drag back upstream.

The weather looks nice on Sunday, and hot, so I thought I would post to see if any other floaters would care to paddle this section of the Ouachita River. Meeting at the WW Park Boat Ramp at noon sharp to shuttle up to the dam. Interested parties welcome.
