I'm posting for Heather, who is tuckered out from the Fourche Creek trash pickup, then three hours helping people learn to roll at the UALR pool.

We are meeting under the Hwy 65 bridge at noon on Sunday to set shuttle, then putting in at Pinnacle Springs Bridge. Hope to see you there!

If you don't have to work that day, this is a great opportunity to show your support for the Buffalo and let our state officials know it's important to more people than they think.

I've tried to remember to smile when I go through a rapid, but alas, most photos of me have a similarly terrified or otherwise goofy look on my face. I'm sure there is plenty of real carnage out there I've been involved in but luckily Coogan's camera must have been pointed the other direction!
