I agree! My 3 daughters love Deep Creek. On our trips to the Nanty area, we have to devote at least one day to tubing the creek. When we camp along the creek, they are in it almost all day, everyday. It has become a family favorite and tradition.

As my "companion" alluded to (although I prefer the term "life partner"), I made a comment that may have jinxed the victim picture above...However, I will say the victim was trying to catch a small eddy in the middle of a drop that most would not have the cajones to even try for....
