Thanks for the replies, good info to know. Everything is solid or not high enough up here in NE IA and further north, so south is the best option without driving several additional hours to get to the SE. And the pool just doesn't have moving water. I will have to see if I can make it down sometime ...

Thanks for the levels info, excellent beta to know. I'm trying to figure out the best time to attempt a trip, its 8 hrs away for me, I'm in Iowa. A winter trip down there would be nice when everything up here is solid.

What are the ideal levels for play boating?

And what are the ideal levels for SUPing?

And any guesses of what time of year is best for catching water levels?
