That's a great story, I bought this square stern about ten years ago from an older gentlemen who said he had it for forty years. I've done the lower Buffalo to the White River several times. I am asking 400.00 for boat & motor. Thanks Jim

Hey the nit-picking is keeping me at the top of the board (lol) The Grumman Square Stern is also for sale , It's 17 ft. One of the old ones, I also have a small outboard (cruise n carry 2.7 hp) if interested. The Old Town is royalex. Kerry More says it's bomb proof.
