Would like to float (easy, I or II+) in lower part of Missouri this weekend. It would be nice if the water temp was not 80. I have looked at the Current River but do not know much about it.

Now that's a good question. John thinks it was 17 mi in 3 1/2 hrs. It was fast trip. We floated from the dam to Lobo Landing in an afternoon (with the generators going). Great float. Nice and cool!
