Does anybody know if the Big Maumelle River right below the spillway is open for kayaking and has anybody tried it? The sign says "no surfboards" or "surfing" but doesn't say anything about kayaks or other boats. I know the Big Maumelle is open to kayaking but didn't know if ther...
