Re: new sign up

Welcome to our band of misfits! If you are in or near Central Ar, a great option on the weekends is the Ouachita River near Malvern. The water is dam released on most weekends throughout the summer, and weekdays when they are generating. Easy class 1+ float with cool water and plenty of current all ...

Re: In Search of Large Blow-Log

I have a doozie of a log out behind the shop. It will either need a full size truck or trailer to haul to the Tot. But don't worry, I have a tractor to load it with!

Beer Garden at Rendezvous

As some of you know, I am putting together a beer garden for Rendezvous. I have successfullysecured beverages, but what I really need now is volunteers who like beer and helping raise money. All proceeds from the Garden on Friday night go to help pay for the construction of the floating campsite on ...

Who likes Beer?

Good news, everyone who likes beer, the Beer Garden will be returning to Rendezvous for 2015! But wait, the news gets even better! Free beverages to those of you brave enough to volunteer. More details will be forthcoming as the date draws closer. For now, those who are interested can PM or call me ...

The burger I had was pretty good, but the service was a little slow.
I didn't know they were under new ownership.

I am planning an overnight trip this weekend starting at Woolum. I will keep my eyes peeled for your kayak. Let's hope I can find it.

Found Chaco!

Yesterday, 6-6-15, I found a left foot Chaco in an eddy on the Buffalo, between Woolum and Tyler Bend. Men's size 8, it is a Z2, with the toe strap.
Whoever lost half of a pair of $100 Chacos has gotta be hurtin.

Re: Yeti coolers: worth the $ or hype?

I took a gander at one of the new Pelican coolers the other day in Wally World. They seem to be very well built and reasonably priced compared to Yeti. Also had a big ol "Made in USA" sticker on it. Anyone else have experience with the Pelican coolers yet? Thoughts? Good alternative to Yet...

Re: Temporarily misplaced at WW School

Sorry to disappoint, Dave, I still haven't got it back, although I am one step closer to finding it. I tried to call Paul Smith, but his phone was apparently turned off.
I'm sure it'll turn up by 'Vous, although it may never be the same!

Temporarily misplaced at WW School

I misplaced a Hydro Flask growler partially full of Single Wide IPA at Luke Coop's campsite. I now believe it to be in the possession of a North American Insti-Gator. The Gator is welcome to the remaining contents (if any) of said Hydro Flask, I would just like the container back :poke2: Jon Ellwood...

Re: A little something needs a ride to SWWP

This one is a bit of a monster. It's available for WW school, I just can't haul it in my rig. However, if there is already a log of interest, it can wait for another event.
