We can't speak for other landowners, but the answer at Byrd's is yes, we ring these fees through our register and pay taxes on the revenue. Mulberry hazard below High Bank
A large tree and root ball are lodged across the bottom of the first rapid below High Bank on the Mulberry River. The water is very swift and dangerous. River right offers the only clear passage, which puts paddlers into a difficult rock garden. Be sure to scout and use extreme caution.
