Lost my Mitchell Avocett 2 spinning reel on the kings river the weekend before last. I'm pretty sure it was left on a gravel bar that I had lunch at.
The pole was lost somewhere in the first half of the float between Marshall ford and rockhouse. Thanks!

Re: Shuttle companies
Also, Don't forget about kings river outfitters. They offer shuttle services, camping, etc. It's a great little river for casual floating and fishing. It's about as flat as a river can be from rockhouse down. And it is a beautiful float, no matter which section you choose. Link: http://www.kingsrive...

Wallet in fayetteville
Hey, You never know!
I left my wallet on top of my jeep on Mission in fayetteville. Had to fly off near the 600 block.
I know Its a longshot, but like I said, You never know.

I've been looking at options on paddling in the winter in my kayak. It's a rec kayak and I really don't do anything over class 2 waves. I'm kinda new to the winter thing, as I have only owned my kayak since March of this year. I am looking forward to doing some winter paddling, but I need the right ...

Re: looking for a good fishing kayak
I have an old town dirigo 106. I just bought it in May from southtown sporting goods in fayetteville.
It's pretty awesome. It's got quite a bit of dry storage space and is great on lakes and rivers. It's also reasonably priced.

That's crazy! It's a miracle that they're alright.
There's no way that i'd be out in that river on a canoe.

New to kayaking . . .
Hey guys. I've been canoeing for quite some time now, but I'm interested in getting into kayaking (I've only kayaked slow water in rented boats), and i'm looking to buy a kayak to learn the ropes, and have some fun in. I'm not real crazy about doing HUGE water or anything in this boat, but I would l...
