Anyone floated the White south of Beaver Lake in Washington Co?.. I will be there next week....considered a float from Hwy 412 east of Springdale south to Hwy 45 east of Fayetteville. Good idea...or not?? Distance??

Need some info.....Visiting my sons who live in Fayetteville and Rogers next week. Would like to take my Manta Ray12 and float an area convenient to their homes so they can help w/ shuttle if necessary. I agree with Jim. We floated Sparkman to the bridge at Tate's Bluff last fall. Did not check as to dam release. There were some long slow pools and,of course, the wind was 15 to 20 mph out of the south. But it was convenient to El Dorado and an easy hard-surfaced shuttle route. Would love to try aga...

So, if you are going west along the northern shoreline of Catherine, the inlet will be to the right, or do you cross the lake to the left ?

Thinking of floating from Beaver tailwaters down about 8 miles to my nephew's cabins. I float in a 12 ft. Native Manta Ray SOT. Will I need to drag considerable distances?
