Monsoon, I believe section 1 is around 19 miles. Be willing to push yourself and have optimism, but be realistic as well. Look at your group and determine what you feel is appropriate. 19 miles in 2.5 days is very doable. But if you have some party members who have not been preparing and who are not...

The current time is 10:35 but the Canoe Club clock that is posted says it is 9:35. Are we going by the time it says on the site or the correct time?

What is the best way to use dry ice in a cooler? Can you throw it in there like normal ice? Dunno, never used the stuff.
