Hey, you did great running the Esses!! Impressive for no longer than what you have been boating!!

Always scared to ask some "official" questions...afraid of the answers and/or the possibility of opening their eyes to something that they hadn't considered prior. I would tend to ere on "letting a sleeping dog lie"!!!

Dierks COE contacted me saying water will run throughout this weekend. They have been releasing 850 c.f.s./7.5 ft. but backing it down to a great level of 654 c.f.s./6.5 ft. today for the weekend). Some folks already on their way to paddle and camp tonight (Friday).

Might would point out that Marlene Yu's daughter is Stephanie Lusk, wife of Dr. Bryan Lusk. Both of Shreveport and also both are paddlers with Bryan having competed (very competitive) in the famed Green Race for the last several years. It is a great thing that they are trying to re-vamp the old YWCA...
