my grandson, an Eagle scout with a good deal of Class I paddling experience, wants to do a end of high school paddle with his dad, who probably has not so much experience

any suggestions?

does anyone have experience with On X Maps?

I’ve used Trimble’s Terrain Pro Navigator in my work for years, but it’s 3 times as expensive now for a single state as On X is for nationwide coverage.
