Looks to be stateline ditch. If so, it is a little retentive at higher water. Another pretty good spot is below the spillway structure at Payneway (Ditch 60).

You know, I really don't think there is. It has been 4 or 5 years since I have been up there, but with some 'habitat restoration/improvement' projects, the area has potential.

On a side note, has there ever been much consideration for such a park and play spot below the Lake Maumelle spillway? It is currently posted by CAW, but with some 'habitat restoration projects' the area could become very interesting.

I'd like to put on a tad earlier, maybe leaving west LR around 1 or 2.

If anyone heads to PW, lemme know. I'll do my best to pick you up at the confluence of PW and Raccoon. That's only if you don't want to run Raccoon.
