South cedar was at a low but runnable level this aft. when we arrived. After running a few laps on the top two drops we realized that the water level was rising fast. A rider in the group I was in had a water bottle ejected from it's cage, and he almost went down with it. When I hit it I couldn't tell if it was a bump or pothole but was pretty sure that there was going to be some problems there before the day was over.
