I want to see the authorities research the deep well option in the Arkansas River valley. Seems like a great option to me.

Isn't there a municipality in central Arkansas that has developed this option?

Visit Hot Springs, go to the races, hike the trails, (Gulpha Creek?), dance in the lobby of the Arlington. Visit North Little Rock Argenta district, ride the trolley, catch some music. Drove up there on the opening weekend of deer season and the bridge was still closed. Work appeared to be complete but bridge was blocked by large boulders.

Anyone been up there lately to see if the road has been reopened? Any word on plans to reopen if still closed?
