UALR pool status - Summer break hours
Just a heads up to any who have not experienced UALR summer hours before...
For our regular pool times, we are supposed to be out of the pool at 8pm but they don't close the building until later.
For summer pool times, they often actually close the building at 7pm which means you need to figure out how long you need in order to get out of the pool in time. They will turn the lights off in the locker rooms and start locking the doors at 7pm if that's when the building is closing. The lifeguards are all on summer break too and will not be eager to wait around extra on us paddlers, so be mindful of the closing time so we stay welcome guests!
If unsure, check with the lifeguards when you get to the pool on Wednesday and then plan your pool time accordingly. If you read this, try to mention it to others you see at the pool on Wednesday who may not have gotten this info.
Thanks

Update: we may be allowed to start using the pool again in March. There will likely be a limit on the number of people who can attend as there are restrictions on the number of people allowed in the pool at a time.
