UALR Pool Week of 6/16: Yes and No

Good morning! The pool will be available for our use this Wednesday from five to seven.

They're closed on Saturdays through the summer.

Is there anyone who would be willing to help me develop my sweep roll? If so, please post. I think I'm getting close, but I still need a lot of guidance.

Just remember there is a swim class that goes until 6 so we are at the deep end until then. So it is bow rescues and hip roll practice until then.
