Lower back problems

I've been having significant lower back pain, and I believe it is made worse by my kayak outfitting. I paddle an old Dagger Redline (similar to an RPM), and it's outfitting is super basic. Hard plastic seat, basic backhand, and none of it has much adjustability. I've done some testing and I think th...

Re: NEW NRS Freefall Dry Pants for sale

Sorry for the slow reply,

I am not planning to attend whitewater school. There's a chance I know someone who is going though. I could try to send them with someone? Let me know what works for you.

Re: NEW NRS Freefall Dry Pants for sale

These are a second pair we bought (one for me and my dad) the medium was too small for him.

I've had the other pair on a few runs and they've worked real well for me. I've stayed pretty dry even on short swims. All in all great drypants.

Re: Beer tipper is gone

The beautiful scenery made up for the missing first drop for me! Since it was my first time down that section I didn't notice the difference  .

Re: WHAT'D YA PADDLE IN 2015

I started paddling in 2015. My first time in a whitewater kayak was August 4th at the Siloam Springs Kayak Park. Since then, I've been to the kayak park countless times, I ran Lee Creek, Frog Bayou (at 6 ft I should add), and the Upper Mulberry. This spring I'm hoping to paddle as many days as I can...

Re: Little Missouri River Friday October 16th

What was looking for and more! Thank you. Where do they publish the release days?

I've spent a lot of time practicing at The Siloam Springs Kayak Park, but I'm itching to run a real river as soon as I get the chance. The little Mo sounds like it might an opportunity to do so.
