The Ozark Highlands Trail would satisfy your mileage requirements but would be more enjoyable with lower temperatures and less bugs in mid to late October.

Is there a preset meeting time and place for Richland Creek when it's running? I can't believe no one is taking advantage of all this rain and not paddling? What's up? Thanks

Barkeepers Friend (oxalic acid),in either the liquid or powdered form (depending on applcation), is my go-to remedy for lots of cleaning chores.

I've seen it forded at the level it is now. Kind of depends how the river has rearranged the gravel at the ford and how particular you are with your vehicle.
